Ok, I went for a closer look. Her eyes are actually dark green. She has a teeny tiny strip of blue above her eyeshadow which is white with a hint of silver. I didn't notice before!

Chiyoko ended up wearing an outfit made entirely by me, but over the course of like a year.
The parka is from an ooooold Russian Barbie pattern, the mock-neck top is from Doll Coordinate #1, the skirt is totally winged (too easy to need a pattern), the leggings are modified oooooold Russian Barbie pattern, and the socks are just winged, as well.
In the above three photos, Chiyoko has a certain Johnny Depp-ness to her. I think it's partially the Willy Wonka hair and partially the hat and partially the attitude she seems to have developed. I mean, seriously, what's up with my dolls developing personalities that I did not plan for them?

Her bobbed hairstyle and light-blue eyeshadow always said "Mod" to me.
