Ooo lovely! How I miss seeing puffy white clouds scattered all across the sky like that. (Not something I usually see in this area of CA.)

Wish I could take a ride on that boat in the last pic!

Chapel Hill Beach - lovely! Idyllic!
(I was thinking at first North Carolina. LOL!)

I agree with Mikan. It is so beautiful to see clouds and also everything so GREEN!
We are in a drought in Southern California. It is like a desert here!

Smiles :) Zoila

Thanks Mikan, whispering-leaf, blackiegracie, teddybear4me2 and nataluna for your sweet comments.

Forgot to say that those sands are very rough, not smooth.

Mikan, blackiegracie: That day is very nice, with nice weather and clouds on the sky, we don't have nice clouds on the sky everyday. There are some other boats too, but many people rented them, it's $8.00 / hour, for people to visit the whole lake.

teddybear4me2, nataluna: My husband like to make turtle...  He made a snow turtle at our backyard early this year after the snow storm, and now made a sand turtle.

I think because they don't want people to waste water and heat, so they have to charge for shower. We didn't shower, cuz the lake water is clean, we only use the outdoor open area cold water shower to flush away the sands.

I should take some pictures of the restroom and the shower & changing room
