Oh, my!! I love your case!! It looks like an ancient poetry book. I haven’t seen anything like yours in the store. Thank you for sharing.
BTW, the moon was so bright and beautiful last night, I am planning to attend a festival at the park and check out the moon tonight again.

i would totally get that just to put on the display shelf, nevermind if the mooncakes tasted good or not.

Believe me, you would love to eat the mooncake inside. It's not the baked type, it's called snow skin mooncake. They come with lotus paste, yes, but mine is a little alcoholic, so you get a little kick after eating it.

Yeah it's not exactly traditional but I kinda like the unique flavouring.

Snow skin lotus paste moon cake with alcoholic!? Very exotic!! You are right about it could not be a traditional mooncakes, but it must be worth a try. :)

I seem to have missed the Moon Festival too (I couldn't even see the moon because of heavy clouds :( )
