My Momoko

Okay, this is my first attempt at Momoko photography, and in no way compares to the brilliant pictures I've seen on this board. But I couldn't wait to add my Natural Days Momoko. (I chose her because she actually looks like me.)

So here is my "Lady Saturna" (anagram of "Natural Days"), demurely perched on one of my bookshelves and getting acquainted with a friendly gargoyle.

Thanks, Olbarbiegirl & Zoila! I've got to make a better effort at taking pics, though, because everyone else's Momoko pictures on this board look so professional.

Clearly, the flash on my camera doesn't show off my Lady Saturna to her best advantage. I'll have to try something outdoors in natural light, and maybe with a pretty backdrop.

That's a great first try at doll photography!

I take most of my photos with flash because I photograph my dolls mostly at night, so I experimented with different camera angles, and also take several photos to get a good one. You can also try adjusting you camera settings for close-ups.

Congrats on the new girl. She looks so innocent and sweet, sitting next to the gargoyle made me think of Beauty and the Beast (an enchanted Prince).

Here's another photography effort with my girl. This time I took one picture outdoors in natural lighting, and the other indoors without flash.

Thanks! I'm kind of calling her "Little Nephele" these days. I've got to do better with these photos, too. Everyone here does such amazing photos!
