Minna de Tsukuru 2010 Gothic Style

#1 Post by Marna »

I got my girl today, so I took so quick pics. I've decided to name her Regan. I'm still not sure how I feel about her hair, but her face is gorgeous. I'm a little tired of the same black boots, but they're using a new material so now they're a bit squishy. I'm not going to leave her in these clothes for long, they are BLACK, & I bet they stain.

Wearing her jacket which I think isn't really necessary, she's got enough black on.

Without the hair covering half her face, you can see how pretty she is

She is a cutie after all! I really like that second pic where she's only wearing the dress and not the skirt. The dress looks great by itself.

Oh, she is pretty... Marna, am I right in thinking that she has some bluish-gray shadow over her eyes? I love the look! I might be tempted to restyle her hair so her whole face can be seen. She's just gorgeous! Congrats on your Regan!

Thanks Chuplayer, the pieces by themselves are nice, the skirt can be worn with other things too.
Steph, I thinks's it's either a mettalic blue or silver. It's very, very pale, so it's not overwhelming at all.

It's nice to see what her face looks like under the hair!

Marna - is her hair deep blue, or is there black mixed in too?

I love this entire outfit!

Smiles :) Zoila

It's deep blue, no black.

I can't wait to see her re-dressed. Her eyes are so gorgeous and dramatic, I bet they'll stand out more when she's not overwhelmed with black.

I really don't like her hair cut (that's why she's wearing a hat) but I really love her skin tone and makeup/eye color, I would love to see her re-rooted.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. Her haircut is very awkward, you can't do anything with it, & it's REALLY thin so it just hangs there. I just don't know whether it's better to do a partial reroot in blue, or go with a complete reroot in a different color.

I would love to see re-roots in different styles and colors. I think I would like to go blonde to match with her eyebrows (not for awhile though).

Marna - what a great set of pics!! Love the background, it's perfect for her. It's nice to see her with her hair a little off her face because it's her face that I love the most, especially the colour on her lips. My problem is, I simply cannot stand the hair (sorry) and if I got her I would want to get a reroot so then I add the cost of that in and I have to ask myself if it's worth it. I'm still tempted to get her. Decisions, decisions. I will say, it's nice that they did a different kind of Momoko, I can understand why this was a fan based one. If her hair was different I would have bought her in a heart beat.

Melissa, thanks for posting your pic too!! :daisy:

Did the fans really vote for this hairstyle? Or did Seki decide on it? It is probably the most awkward haircut on any Momoko.

No, it's exactly the same. You just can't tell how thin & hard to work with it is in the preview pics.

I can't imagine that the fans voted for that hairstyle, it's so awkward.

I can see that they voted for a different Momoko though and that is certainly what she is :)
