please meet Adele! taking pictures of her can be a bit of a pain, because the straight-looking eyes + semi-opened mouth = face that's staring blankly into space in more than 90% of the angles. it is strange how hard it is to get an expression out of such a pretty girl... but I've managed, occasionally. 8)
thanks!
the set with the grapes is my kitchen window-sill on Dec 6th. I'm far up in the north, so it's very dark around that time of year, but the sun suddenly came out for a minute or so during the shoot and made all the difference... the rest of that shoot is totally blah in comparison.
Well--it seems the weather cooperated just at the right moment for that shot. Really very unique. I also love the shot with her lingerie on! Did that come with the stock outfit or is that CCS set?

that's my very own handiwork, hehe. I wish I had guilt-free time off to make more (I've bought piles of fun lace & ribbons for that purpose!), but that's not going to happen before I hand over the thesis. I've completed just 2 sets so far, and the other one was for a dollie forum christmas swap gift.
the stock panties are black/gold thong-like things with bows on the sides, similar to Miracle Party Girl's.
Wow, you totally changed my mind about getting this girl. This was the first Seki since they took over that I didn't order, because all of the above - forward eyes (they are not my favorite) and semi open mouth. But now I completely changed my mind. I know exactly about the blank stare, that's why I never can take good picture of Susie doll, she looks straight ahead too. Momoko is the best for pics, she looks always engaged in something... Was it hard to straighten out the hair knot thingy?

Actually I really really like my Cool Asian Flower (only thing I don't like is the clear plastic straps on her clothing). She looks very smart, capable, confident, and like she is giving a fascinating high level political pitch (I mean, she *was* characterized as a "princess") that could impact global economic policy... looking the other person straight in the eye and projecting charm and enthusiasm. She likes to sit and talk about how to help foster fair trade and reduce international crime... and she has the poise and confidence and charm to do it.... LOL just IMHO!

I'm glad. because she is gorgeous in person and comes across as a very lovable character, even though other girls may photograph better.
getting rid of the knot is do-able (I posted about it in "general" under something like "hair advice")... at least I was able to straighten the strands that made it up enough so they now mix in with the rest of her hair (the poor girl has a rather stiff big wavy perm... and I'm still a bit bummed over her hair being reddish as opposed to cool light brown of the prototype pics, but that doesn't make me love her any less).
